winter smoothie by waller's
ingredients
Serving: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
3 small kiwi
2 handful of fresh spinach
Juice of ½ lemon
fresh grated ginger
1 cup of water
1tsp of tumeric
1tsp of agave/maple syrup
optional (add ½ banana for a creamier smoothie)
Blend all the ingredients togeher for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth!
